Whether you are under the "old rule" (2020) or the "new rule" (2024), your "Title IX Team" needs training.
ECR Solutions LLC is proud to offer training and other resources to fit your educational institution's needs. To discuss customized training options, contact Jackie at jackie@educationcivilrights.com.
The 2024 Title IX rule, now in effect in 24 states, requires updated training for all school administrators who perform the roles of Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, investigators, decision-makers (initial and appellate), and informal resolution facilitators. On October 24 and 25, 2024, ECR Solutions LLC will offer virtual training sessions to fill in any gaps in your training so you can bring your entire Title IX Team into compliance.
Even if your team has received some training under the 2024 Rule, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to receive training from national Title IX expert Jackie Gharapour Wernz of ECR Solutions. Jackie’s unique, engaging style with interactive polling and plenty of opportunity for questions makes her an unmatched choice for Title IX training.
